Ren-feng Duann (段人鳯), PhD Candidate

I used to work as a lecturer in the Department of Applied Foreign Language, Nanya Institute of Technology (now Taoyuan Innovation Institute of Technology), Taiwan.

Prior to this, I completed an MA in Language Studies at Lancaster University, UK, where I explored the interplay between language and gender. Currently studying for a PhD in Linguistics at National Taiwan University, I focus on conceptual metaphors in political discourse. From 2013-2015, I'm an exchange student at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Hopefully I will complete my Ph.D. study by July 2015.
